MASTC Score Charts

All score charts must be signed by a MASTC scorer to qualify for entry with exception to the Triple/Royal Crown Application.

Upon entry of your score chart, MASTC will contact you via email or post card notifying that we have received your information and if any further information is needed. If you do not hear back from MASTC, please contact us to make sure we have received your entry.

Patches and certificates will be ranked and presented at our MASTC Awards Banquet. If you are unable to attend the banquet, we will mail your certificate and patch shortly following to the address that is on file. We currently host a banquet every two years.
